Hi, I'm Missi LaRose. For more than 20 years, I've built my career around one simple belief: people come first. Whether I'm helping someone discover a hairstyle that feels authentically theirs, teaching fellow professionals, or producing experiences that bring people together, my favorite part of the work has always been the human connection.

I've never believed in one-size-fits-all solutions. I believe in listening first, asking thoughtful questions, and creating something that reflects the person sitting in front of me.

This website is home to the different ways I do that—from LaRose Hair Boutique to education, coaching, speaking, and LaRose Creative. Different paths, but always the same purpose: helping people feel confident, understood, and inspired.
